Course Goals and Achievements

I decided to take this class because I wanted to learn how to be resourceful and use my own technology to take high quality photos. I also wanted to learn how to better compose my images and convey a message through photography. I believe I have achieved these goals over the course of the semester. Since the beginning of the year, I've noticed an improvement in my photography technique, as I've become more mindful of lighting, angles, and other environmental factors when taking pictures. I also think that viewing work by other photographers (both of professionals and my classmates) has taught me the importance of perception and interpretation in art.​​
